Property Description

Steps from the Surf, Designed for Coastal Living. Just 200 steps from the beach, this stylish single-level home in the sought-after enclave of Lido Sands blends timeless mid-century appeal with modern coastal luxury. Originally envisioned by acclaimed architect Quincy Jones, the home was taken down to the studs and thoughtfully reimagined approximately seven years ago. The result is a beautifully rebuilt 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence that celebrates indoor-outdoor living with both charm and sophistication. Set on a generously sized lot, the home offers an abundance of private outdoor space rarely found this close to the sand perfect for relaxed entertaining under the stars or enjoying ocean breezes beside the firepit. A 27-foot wall of retractable La Cantina doors opens seamlessly to the spacious backyard, which features a custom built-in BBQ, cozy seating areas, and lush privacy. Inside, the open-concept layout flows effortlessly and showcases high-end finishes throughout: reclaimed Wisconsin barn-wood flooring, an 8-burner Wolf range, Sub-Zero fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, Sharp microwave drawer, Shaw farmhouse sink, custom cabinetry, and stone countertops. The inviting Dutch door entry, custom windows, and outdoor shower reflect the thoughtful details designed for beachside living. Additional highlights include a finished 2-car garage with epoxy floors and storage, and access to community amenities including a private pool, brand-new clubhouse, and park. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy the best of Newport Beach in effortless style.
